What are Neuromas?
A neuroma is an enlargement or thickening of the nerve under a weightbearing area of the foot causing numbness, tingling and sharp shooting pains. The most commonly found neuroma is a “Morton’s neuroma” between the third and fourth metatarsals with pain under the ball of the foot extending through the toes. A Good Feet arch support helps to lift and spread the metatarsal arch which may relieve the neuroma.
